Super-retarding concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses super-retarding concrete and a preparation method thereof. The super-retarded concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 380 to 400 parts of cement, 700 to 800 parts of fine aggregate, 900 to 1000 parts of coarse aggregate, 60 to 80 parts of fly ash, 60 to 80 parts of mineral powder and 8 to 12 parts of additive, and the additive comprises sulfurized modified lignin; the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and stirring cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, mineral powder and fly ash to obtain a mixture; s2, dissolving polyoxyethylene stearate in 80% of water, adding into the mixture, and stirring; s3, adding the vulcanized modified lignin into the mixture in 3-5 times, and continuously stirring; and S4, adding the rest 20% of water into the mixture for 2-3 times, and stirring to obtain the super-retarded concrete. The super-retarding concrete can be used for secant piles, and has the advantages that the strength of the concrete cannot be increased too fast in the early stage, and high strength can be achieved in the later stage.
