The lifting device is located at the top end of the fixed bottom plate, and the anti-blocking device is located on the inner side of the recovery device. Compared with the prior art, the cement leveling device has the advantages that automatic intelligent guiding can be achieved, an area needing to be leveled is automatically leveled, gravel garbage in cement can be recycled in the leveling process, and the leveling efficiency is improved.
