Method for additionally arranging constructional columns for brick masonry wall through embedded steel bars
The invention relates to a method for additionally arranging a constructional column for a brick masonry wall through embedded steel bars. The method comprises the following steps that 1, the position where the constructional column is additionally arranged is determined at the joint of a longitudinal wall and a transverse wall; 2, removing the wall body at the position where the constructional column is additionally arranged to form a plurality of vertical grooves; in the height direction of the position where the constructional column is additionally arranged, the binding material in the horizontal mortar joint is removed, and the horizontal mortar joint is cleaned; 3, stirrups penetrate through the removed horizontal mortar joints, vertical steel bars are arranged in the vertical grooves, the stirrups and the vertical steel bars are bound, and the horizontal mortar joints penetrating through the stirrups are filled with mortar or epoxy resin adhesives; 4, a formwork is erected along the periphery of the position where the constructional column is additionally arranged, concrete is poured into the formwork, and formwork removal is conducted after curing; and 5, high-ductility fiber concrete is smeared on the surface of the position where the constructional column is additionally arranged to form a high-ductility fiber concrete surface layer. According to the method, the masonry structure building can be effectively reinforced by additionally arranging the constructional columns while the appearance of the original building is not changed.
本发明涉及一种通过植筋为砖砌体墙增设构造柱的方法,包括如下步骤:1:在纵墙与横墙交接处确定增设构造柱的部位;2:在增设构造柱的部位去除墙体形成多个竖向槽;沿增设构造柱的部位的高度方向上,将水平灰缝中的粘结材料予以清除,并对水平灰缝进行清洗;3:在清除后的水平灰缝中穿入箍筋,在竖向槽中布置竖向钢筋,对箍筋及竖向钢筋进行绑扎,用砂浆或环氧树脂粘合剂填充穿入箍筋的水平灰缝;4:沿增设构造柱的部位外围支模板,向模板中浇筑混凝土,经养护后拆模;5:在增设构造柱的部位表面抹涂高延性纤维混凝土形成高延性纤维混凝土面层。本发明的方法能够在不改变原建筑外观的同时,通过增设构造柱对砌体结构建筑进行有效加固。
