The dredging rod is connected to the dredging rod inlet and outlet mechanism, the dredging rod inlet and outlet mechanism is arranged on the base, and the dredging point positioning mechanism and the dredging point adjusting mechanism are both connected with the base; and the visual detection unit is used for carrying out positioning detection on the dredging point and feeding back positioning information to the dredging robot body. Accurate positioning detection of a dredging point can be achieved, feeding and pulling-out power of the dredging rod is provided, the reverse acting force borne by the vehicle body is reduced while the power is increased, the dredging device has the single-point working range and the horizontal swing function meeting different working conditions, and therefore it is guaranteed that the dredging device is perpendicular to a dredging face.
