According to the device, when a moving block moves, a moving rod can be driven to move, and when the moving rod moves, a second cutting knife can be driven to move through a second moving rod, so that entering sludge can be cut and crushed through rotation of a first cutting knife and the second cutting knife; large sludge is avoided to a certain extent.
