Anti-seepage and anti-crack construction process for ultra-high performance concrete wall
The invention relates to the technical field of wall anti-seepage and anti-crack construction, and discloses an ultra-high performance concrete wall anti-seepage and anti-crack construction process which comprises the following steps: step 1, removing hollow face bricks on an outer wall, galling a surface layer of the solid face bricks by using an angle grinder, and cleaning floating ash by using an industrial blower; 2, leveling a hollow area by using inorganic anti-crack mortar, and adding one or two layers of alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth as required; 3, a firm tile galling area and a hollowing leveling area are scraped with T40 high-strength anti-seepage mortar by 3 mm in thickness; 4, after the T40 high-strength anti-seepage mortar is dried, S60 inorganic facing mortar with the thickness of 2 mm is scraped in batches. The T40 high-strength anti-seepage mortar and the S60 inorganic facing mortar are applied to the outer wall, and the S60 inorganic facing mortar is also applied to the inner wall, so that the inner wall and the outer wall have the anti-seepage and anti-cracking performance at the same time, the excellent performance of no water seepage and no cracking can be kept even in a water environment, and the service life of a wall body is greatly prolonged.
本发明涉及墙体防渗抗裂施工技术领域,且公开了一种超高性能混凝土墙体防渗抗裂施工工艺,包括步骤一:拆除外墙上的空鼓面砖,坚实的面砖使用角磨机拉毛面层,并且用工业吹风机清理浮灰;步骤二:空鼓区域使用无机抗裂砂浆找平,按需加入一层或两层耐碱玻璃纤维网布;步骤三:坚实的瓷砖拉毛区域及空鼓找平区域使用T40高强防渗砂浆披刮3mm厚;步骤四:待T40高强防渗砂浆干燥后,批刮S60无机饰面砂浆2mm厚。本发明通过对外墙施以T40高强防渗砂浆和S60无机饰面砂浆,同样对内墙也施以S60无机饰面砂浆,使得内外墙同时具备了防渗抗裂的性能,即便在临水环境下也能够保持不渗水,不开裂的优异性能,大大的提高了墙体的使用寿命。
