Super-retarding anti-dispersion cement paste and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a super-retarding anti-dispersion cement paste, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 800 to 1120 parts of cement, 280 to 520 parts of mineral powder, 0 to 120 parts of silicon powder, 6 to 12 parts of anti-collapse polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 2 to 6.5 parts of efficient polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 2 to 6 parts of cement hydration control agent, 0 to 21.3 parts of flocculating agent and 470 to 530 parts of water. By adopting the composite action of the anti-collapse polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and the cement hydration control agent, the cement paste can be ensured to have relatively long setting time and working performance. The flocculating agent is added into the super-retarded cement paste, and the flocculating agent is distributed in the cement paste in a bridging structure, so that the effects of homogenization, dispersion resistance and the like on the cement paste are achieved, and the cement paste cannot be settled and layered in a relatively short time after meeting water. A small amount of silicon powder is doped into the cement paste, so that the viscosity and the water retention capacity of the cement paste can be improved, and the dispersion resistance and the compactness of the cement paste are further improved. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the super-retarded anti-dispersion cement paste.
本发明涉及一种超缓凝抗分散水泥浆,包括由以下重量份数表示的组分,水泥800‑1120份、矿粉280‑520份、硅粉0‑120份,保塌型聚羧酸减水剂6‑12份、高效聚羧酸减水剂2‑6.5份、水泥水化控制剂2‑6份,絮凝剂0‑21.3份,水470‑530份。采用保塌型聚羧酸减水剂、水泥水化控制剂复合作用,可以确保水泥浆具有较长的凝结时间及工作性能。在超缓凝水泥浆中加入絮凝剂,絮凝剂在水泥浆中以架桥结构分布在水泥浆中,对水泥浆起到了均化及抗分散等作用,使得水泥浆遇水后不会在较短时间内产生沉降及分层。在水泥浆中掺入少量的硅粉,可以提高水泥浆的粘性及保水性能,进一步提高了水泥浆的抗分散性能及致密性。本发明还涉及一种超缓凝抗分散水泥浆的制备方法。
