The invention discloses a silicon carbide template induced coal-based diamond/silicon carbide coating, a composite material and a preparation method of the silicon carbide template induced coal-based diamond/silicon carbide coating. Low-cost coal/nano silicon powder is adopted as a carbon source and a silicon source, a coal/nano silicon coating is firstly formed in the modes of ball milling, spin coating and the like, the surface of the coal/nano silicon coating is covered with a layer of quartz glass, high-pulse-energy laser penetrates through the quartz glass to irradiate the coal/nano silicon coating, a carbon thermal reduction reaction is carried out, and silicon carbide of a tetrahedral structure is generated to serve as a template; therefore, carbon is induced to form diamond with a tetrahedral structure, and the diamond is converted into the diamond/silicon carbide coating. And a coal/nanometer silicon coating is formed on the surface of the diamond/silicon carbide coating again, high-pulse-energy laser penetrates through quartz glass to irradiate the coal/nanometer silicon coating again, and after multiple cycles, the diamond/silicon carbide composite material is formed through stacking and additive manufacturing. The method is lower in cost, the silicon carbide and the diamond are connected through the chemical action of a carbon-silicon bond, and the excellent mechanical property and heat-conducting property are achieved.
本发明公开了一种碳化硅模板诱导煤基金刚石/碳化硅涂层与复合材料及其制备方法。采用低成本煤/纳米硅粉作为碳源和硅源,通过球磨、旋涂等方式先形成煤/纳米硅涂层,并在煤/纳米硅涂层表面覆盖一层石英玻璃,将高脉冲能量激光透过石英玻璃辐照煤/纳米硅涂层,发生碳热还原反应生成四面体结构的碳化硅作为模板,从而诱导碳形成四面体结构的金刚石,转化为金刚石/碳化硅涂层。在金刚石/碳化硅涂层表面再形成一层煤/纳米硅涂层,再次将高脉冲能量激光透过石英玻璃辐照煤/纳米硅涂层,多次循环后经过堆叠,增材制造成形为金刚石/碳化硅复合材料。本方法的成本更低,碳化硅与金刚石通过碳硅键化学作用连接,具有优异的力学性能和导热性能。
