The invention discloses a cantilever bridge girder erection machine integrated with a multidirectional transportation system and a use method of the cantilever bridge girder erection machine. The cantilever bridge girder erection machine comprises a supporting truss system and a multi-direction transportation system, wherein the multi-direction transportation system comprises hoisting equipment, a track beam in the bridge direction, a track system in the transverse bridge direction and a moving system in the transverse bridge direction; the hoisting equipment is movably mounted on the track beam along the bridge direction; the bridge-direction track beam comprises an anchoring section track beam, a cantilever section track beam and a temporary connecting structure; the anchoring section track beam is arranged in an anchoring area of the supporting truss system; the cantilever section track beam is arranged in a cantilever area of the supporting truss system, movably installed in the cantilever area of the supporting truss system through the transverse bridge direction track system and connected with the power output end of the transverse bridge direction moving system. Therefore, the limitation of a supporting truss system can be broken through, so that the target component hoisted by the hoisting equipment can be conveyed in place as required, and the corresponding target component can be conveniently butted and assembled on an operation platform system.
