LIFTING CONVEYING DEVICE OF CANTILEVER BRIDGE GIRDER ERECTION MACHINE
To provide a lifting conveying device of a cantilever bridge girder erection machine.SOLUTION: A lifting conveying device of a cantilever bridge girder erection machine includes a gantry whose width matches the width of the deck, base parts, a boom that extends forward along the center line of the gantry, and a hanger that includes a top plate hanger and a base plate hanger spacing distributed in longitudinal direction; on both sides of the deck, rails are provided that extend in the longitudinal direction of the deck corresponding to the two base part, and a slide rail is provided at the bottom of the boom, the top plate hanger is located on the top surface of the segment reinforcing bar cage of a continuous beam and is used to fix the top plate reinforcing bar of the segment reinforcing bar cage of the continuous beam, and the base plate hanger is located at the bottom of the inner form of the segment reinforcing bar cage of the continuous beam and is used to fix the inner form of the segment reinforcing bar cage of the continuous beam. This maximally guarantee that the segment reinforcing bars do not deform, thereby reducing the difficulty of construction and improving the quality of construction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】カンチレバー橋桁架設機の吊り上げ搬送装置を提供する。【解決手段】カンチレバー橋桁架設機の吊り上げ搬送装置は、幅が床版の幅と適合するガントリと、基部と、ガントリの中線に沿って前方に伸びるブームと、縦方向間隔分布のトッププレートハンガーとベースプレートハンガーとを含むハンガーと、を含み、床版の両側には2つの基部に対応する、床版の長手方向に延びるレールが設けられ、ブームの底部にはスライドレールが設けられ、トッププレートハンガーは、連続梁のセグメント鉄筋籠の上面に位置され、連続梁のセグメント鉄筋籠のトッププレート鉄筋を固定するために使用され、ベースプレートハンガーは、連続梁のセグメント鉄筋籠の内型の底部に位置され、連続梁のセグメント鉄筋籠の内型を固定するために使用されている。これによりセグメント鉄筋が変形しないことを最大限に保証し、それによって施工難度を下げ、施工品質を高める。【選択図】図1
