The invention discloses a cantilever bridge girder erection machine and a use method of an advancing-anchoring system of the cantilever bridge girder erection machine. The cantilever bridge girder erection machine comprises a supporting truss system and an advancing-anchoring system, the advancing-anchoring system comprises a machine body advancing driving device, and the machine body advancing driving device comprises a weight system; the ballasting system comprises a rear fulcrum middle chord member, a ballasting tension block and a ballasting structure; the ballasting structure comprises a beam transporting trolley, a bridge steel structure section and a balancing weight; the number of the ballasting tension hoists is two, one group of ballasting tension hoists is vertically arranged, and the two ends of one group of ballasting tension hoists are correspondingly connected with the front end of the beam transporting trolley and lifting points arranged on a middle chord member of a supporting truss system respectively; the rest group of ballasting tension hoists are arranged along the bridge direction, two ends of the rest group of ballasting tension hoists are correspondingly connected with the rear end of the beam transporting trolley and hoisting points arranged on a rear fulcrum middle chord member for supporting the truss system respectively, and a ballasting metering mechanism is arranged on the beam transporting trolley. Therefore, the stability and the safety of the cantilever bridge girder erection machine during aerial operation are improved.
