The invention discloses a cantilever bridge girder erection machine and a modular assembling method of a supporting truss system of the cantilever bridge girder erection machine. The cantilever bridge girder erection machine comprises a supporting truss system, and the supporting truss system is formed by assembling a plurality of modular components prefabricated in a factory on site; the modularized components prefabricated in each factory comprise a movable front supporting rod module, a front supporting point parallel connection, a movable rear supporting rod module, a rear supporting point parallel connection, an anchoring section truss connecting section and a cantilever section truss connecting section. The two movable front supporting rod modules are spliced in a parallel connection mode through a front supporting point arranged between the two movable front supporting rod modules to form a movable front supporting rod segment. The two movable rear supporting rod modules are horizontally connected through a rear supporting point arranged between the two movable rear supporting rod modules to be spliced to form a movable rear supporting rod section; the anchoring section truss connecting section and the cantilever section truss connecting section are arranged on the two sides of the movable front supporting rod section respectively. Therefore, on the premise that the requirements for rigidity and bearing capacity are met, on-site assembly precision is effectively improved, and on-site operation difficulty and risks are reduced.
