Mask fiber reinforced concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides fiber reinforced concrete for a mask. The fiber reinforced concrete comprises 420-440 parts of cement; 670 to 710 parts of natural sand; 1140 to 1180 parts of broken stone; 50 to 55 parts of silica fume; 2-3 parts of a water reducing agent; 110 to 130 parts of water; and 0.4 to 2.7 parts of mask fiber. The preparation method of the mask fiber reinforced concrete comprises the following steps: treating mask fibers for later use; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring natural sand and gravel for 2 minutes, adding cement and silica fume, and continuously stirring for 3 minutes to obtain a mixture A; a water reducing agent and water are mixed and stirred for 2 min, mask fibers are added, stirring is conducted for 4 min, and a mixture B is obtained; uniformly mixing the mixture A and the mixture B to obtain a mixture C; and pouring the mixture C into a mold, and performing standard curing on the test block for 28 days to obtain the mask fiber reinforced concrete. The mechanical property of the concrete can be effectively improved by doping the mask fibers, the polypropylene fibers in the mask are uniformly distributed in the concrete in a three-dimensional network structure due to the chemical stability and self-dispersity of the polypropylene fibers in the mask, expansion of cracks can be prevented, and the tensile strength, bending resistance and toughness of the mask are effectively improved.
