The invention discloses a plugging method for an underwater high pile cap pouring jacket. The plugging method comprises a preparation stage and a plugging stage. The preparation stage comprises a pile foundation sinking step, a pouring jacket bottom plate prefabricating step, a plugging bottom die manufacturing and mounting step, a pouring jacket bottom plate mounting step and a pouring jacket lowering step; the plugging stage comprises the steps of hard sponge placement, plugging material pouring and water pumping in the sleeve box. The plugging bottom die comprises a foam plate, a marine wood die and a waterproof rubber pad which are coaxially stacked in sequence from bottom to top; each steel casing is sleeved with a plugging bottom die, the top elevation of each plugging bottom die is lower than the bottom elevation of the pouring jacket, and the two lifting ropes on each plugging bottom die are temporarily fixed to the top of the corresponding steel casing. The plugging bottom die is pulled upwards through the two lifting ropes in low tide water until the top face of the plugging bottom die is tightly attached to the bottom face of the bottom plate of the pouring jacket, then the two lifting ropes are tensioned and fixed, and then the quick-drying plugging material is poured into the annular gap. The construction cost can be reduced, and the water stopping effect is good.
本发明公开了一种水下高桩承台套箱的封堵方法，包括准备阶段和封堵阶段。准备阶段包括：桩基沉设步骤、套箱底板预制步骤、封堵底模制作及安装步骤、套箱底板安装步骤和套箱下放步骤；封堵阶段包括：硬质海绵放置步骤、封堵料灌注步骤和套箱内抽水步骤。封堵底模包括依次自下而上同轴叠放的泡沫板、船用木模和防水橡胶垫；每根钢护筒上各自套置一个封堵底模，使封堵底模的顶标高低于套箱的底标高，并将每个封堵底模上的两根吊绳临时固定在对应的钢护筒的顶部。在低潮水时通过两根吊绳将封堵底模向上拉，直到封堵底模的顶面紧贴在套箱底板的底面上，再拉紧并固定好两根吊绳，然后在环形缝隙内灌注快干封堵料。本发明能降低施工成本，且止水效果好。
