The invention discloses an underwater cleaning robot for dredging an underpass, which comprises a starting unit for controlling the development of the whole cleaning and decontamination work; the transmission unit is connected with the starting unit and used for providing moving power for the robot; the execution unit is connected with the transmission unit and used for cleaning unknown pollution sources of the underpass; the control box controls the cleaning nozzles of the underwater cleaning robot to decontaminate the underground road surface, the control box can effectively convey energy to the cleaning nozzles located on the lower end face after the torque motor is started, and the cleaning nozzles rotate at high speed to conduct gapless dust removal and decontaminating. Therefore, the robot can conveniently remove pollution sources and some sundries, and water cannot be discharged smoothly when contacting with rainwater.
