The sludge loosening device of the underwater dredging robot comprises two symmetrically arranged transverse L-shapedsupport frames, a hollow transmission protection shell arranged between the two support frames and with two ends fixedly connected with the hollow transmission protection shell, and a first transmission shaft penetrating through the transmission protection shell and connected with the two end walls of the transmission protection shell through a first bearing; two first rake tooth seats respectively corresponding to the two support frames are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the first transmission shaft, and the first rake tooth seats are annularly provided with first rake teeth; at leastone first bevel gear is connected to the first transmission shaft in the transmission protection shell in a matched mode, and at least one second transmission shaft is connected to the bottom of thetransmission protection shell in a matched mode through a second bearing; a second bevel gear matched with the first bevel gear is arranged on the second transmission shaft, and the free end of the second transmission shaft penetrates through the bottom of the transmission protection shell and is matched with a circular second rake tooth seat; and second rake teeth are arranged on the side wall ofthe second rake tooth seat.
