Environment-friendly concrete ingredient and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and discloses an environment-friendly concrete ingredient and a preparation method thereof.The environment-friendly concrete ingredient is obtained by adding cement, sand, stones, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, fly ash, silicon modified epoxy resin, modified polyurethane and recycled aggregate into stirring equipment and stirring; in the stirring and mixing process, a terminal hydroxyl group in the modified polyurethane and an epoxy group at one end of the silicon-modified epoxy resin are subjected to a ring-opening reaction, and stable chemical crosslinking is generated between the modified polyurethane and the silicon-modified epoxy resin, so that the toughness of the concrete is improved; wherein the water-borne epoxy resin forms a film in the concrete and is connected with each hydrate of the cement to form a cross-linked network, so that the toughness of the concrete is improved, and meanwhile, the polyurethane and the water-borne epoxy resin have relatively good impermeability; the siloxane contained in the concrete can fully fill tiny pores in the concrete, so that the compactness of the concrete is improved, and the impermeability of the concrete is further improved.
本发明涉及混凝土技术领域,且公开了一种环保型混凝土配料及其制备方法,本发明通过将水泥、砂子、石子、聚羧酸减水剂、粉煤灰、硅修饰环氧树脂、改性聚氨酯、再生骨料加入到搅拌设备中,搅拌,得到环保型混凝土配料;在搅拌混合的过程中,改性聚氨酯中的端羟基会和硅修饰环氧树脂的一端环氧基团进行开环反应,两者之间产生稳定的化学交联,提高了混凝土的韧性;其中的水性环氧树脂在混凝土内部成膜后,并和水泥各水化物进行连接,形成交联网络,增加了混凝土的韧性,同时聚氨酯和水性环氧树脂都具有较好的抗渗性能;其中含有的硅氧烷可以充分填充混凝土中的微小孔隙,增加混凝土的密实性,进而提高混凝土的抗渗性。
