Europium-barium-copper oxide waste target recycling method
The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for recycling a europium-barium-copper oxide waste target. The method comprises the following steps: pretreating the europium-barium-copper oxide waste target; the pretreated europium-barium-copper oxide waste target is crushed for the third time, and nanoscale particles are obtained; wherein the blocky europium-barium-copper oxide waste target is crushed into europium-barium-copper oxide millimeter-level particles after primary crushing; crushing the europium-barium-copper oxide millimeter-sized particles into europium-barium-copper oxide micron-sized particles after secondary crushing; preparing the europium-barium-copper oxide micron-sized particles into slurry after the third crushing, and sanding the slurry to obtain europium-barium-copper oxide nano-sized particles; mixing the europium-barium-copper oxide nano-scale particles with water, a dispersing agent and a binding agent according to a set proportion to obtain slurry with the mass content of europium-barium-copper oxide being 50-75%; performing pressure grouting on the europium-barium-copper oxide slurry to obtain a europium-barium-copper oxide target material biscuit; and drying, degreasing and sintering the europium-barium-copper oxide target material biscuit to obtain the europium-barium-copper oxide target material.
