ROTATION SUPPRESSING STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation suppression structure of a steel pipe pile capable of ensuring the connection state of a first steel pipe pile with a second steel pipe pile by improving the rotational resistance between an outer fitting end part and an inner fitting end part.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a rotation suppression structure 7 of a steel pipe pile suppressing the relative rotation of a first steel pipe pile 1 with a second steel pipe pile 2. The rotation suppression structure 7 of the steel pipe pile to which the invention is applied includes: an outer fitting end part 3 linking the first steel pipe pile 1 with the second steel pipe pile 2; and an inner fitting end part 5. The outer fitting end part 3 has an outer fitting crest part 31, an outer fitting groove part 32, an outer fitting trough 33, an outer fitting tip part 34 and an outer fitting base end part 35. The inner fitting end part 5 includes an inner fitting crest part 51, an inner fitting groove part 52, an inner fitting trough 53, an inner fitting tip part 54 and an inner fitting base end part 55. A protrusion part 71 is formed in the outer fitting tip 34 and the inner fitting tip 54. A groove part 72 is formed in the outer fitting base end part 35 and the inner fitting base end part 55. The protrusion part 71 is engaged with the groove part 72 by relatively rotating the outer fitting end part 3 and the inner fitting end part 5 in a circumferential direction W while being inserted into the groove part 72.
【課題】外嵌端部と内嵌端部との回転抵抗力を向上させて、第1鋼管杭と第2鋼管杭との連接状態を確実にすることのできる鋼管杭の回転抑止構造を提供する。【解決手段】第1鋼管杭1と第2鋼管杭2との相対回転を抑止する鋼管杭の回転抑止構造7に関する。本発明を適用した鋼管杭の回転抑止構造7は、第1鋼管杭1と第2鋼管杭2とを連接させる外嵌端部3と内嵌端部5とを備える。外嵌端部3は、外嵌山部31と、外嵌溝部32と、外嵌谷部33と、外嵌先端部34と、外嵌基端部35とを有する。内嵌端部5は、内嵌山部51と、内嵌溝部52と、内嵌谷部53と、内嵌先端部54と、内嵌基端部55とを有する。外嵌先端部34、内嵌先端部54は、突起部71が形成される。外嵌基端部35、内嵌基端部55は、溝部72が形成される。突起部71は、溝部72に挿入された状態で、外嵌端部3と内嵌端部5とを周方向Wに相対回転させることで、溝部72に係止される。【選択図】図1
