BUILDING UNIT COVER, AND BUILDING UNIT COVERED BY BUILDING UNIT COVER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit cover capable of performing assembly by stacking an upper-floor building unit on a lower-floor building unit while covering the building units with protective covers even in the rain.SOLUTION: A building unit cover 40 is configured to cover a rectangular parallelepiped building unit 1 formed from: four column materials 1d each including a female screw 1g on a top end face and including a through hole on a bottom end face; four upper beams connecting upper ends of the column materials in a horizontal direction; and four lower beams connecting lower ends of the column materials in the horizontal direction. The building unit cover 40 is formed in a downwardly opened rectangular parallelepiped including an upper cover surface 41 covering a top face of the building unit and four lateral cover surfaces 42-45 covering four lateral sides. The four lateral cover surfaces are connected by a longitudinal fastener 46 that is opened from the lower side to the upper side. On the upper cover surface, cutoff metal fittings 50 are fixed in four corner parts and on the lateral cover surfaces in the vicinity of the cutoff metal fittings, grip belts 47 are provided, such that the building unit cover 40 is fixed to the building unit 1 by fixing bolts inserted into the through holes of the cutoff metal fittings.
【課題】雨天時でも建物ユニットを保護するカバーを被せたままで、下階の建物ユニットの上に上階の建物ユニットを積層して組み立てできる建物ユニットカバーを提供する。【解決手段】上端面に雌ねじ孔１ｇを有し下端面に貫通孔を有する４本の柱材１ｄと、柱材の上端部を水平方向に連結する４本の上梁と、柱材の下端部を水平方向に連結する４本の下梁とから構成される直方体状の建物ユニット１を覆う建物ユニット用カバー４０は、建物ユニットの上面を覆う上カバー面４１と、４つの側面を覆う４つの横カバー面４２〜４５とを有する下方開口の直方体に形成され、４つの横カバー面は下方から上方に向けて開く縦ファスナー４６により連結され、上カバー面には４つのコーナー部に止水金具５０が固定され、止水金具の近傍の横カバー面に持ち手ベルト４７が設けられ、止水金具の貫通孔に挿通された固定ボルトにより建物ユニット１に固定される。【選択図】図１７
