BINDING DEVICE FOR WEDGE BINDING TYPE SCAFFOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding device for wedge binding type scaffold having a simple structure.SOLUTION: The binding device for wedge binding type scaffold includes: a bracket fixed to a strut; and an engagement bracket attached to the end of an arm member. The bracket has a U-like shape in a plane view. The engagement bracket includes: a wedge having a vertically-long plate-shape warped backward, the upper end of which is generally horizontal; and a wedge guide member. The wedge guide member has a vertical wall with peripheral parts protruding backward, the rear upper part of which is fixed to the outer periphery of an arm member excluding a lower part thereof. In the lower part of the wedge guide member, a step is formed facing downward, which is hooked on the bracket. Thus, the lower part of the wedge guide member is arranged as a bracket penetration part. In a middle area of the wedge guide member, a horizontal rail provided crossing the rear edges. The wedge is inserted through a long hole which is formed from the upper end of the periphery protruding backward to the front upper end of the arm member and a notch which is formed in a front lower end of the arm member excluding the upper end part of the wedge; and the lower end of the wedge comes into contact with the rear face of the lower end of the periphery protruding backward.
【課題】 構造が簡単なくさび緊結式足場における緊結装置を提供する。【解決手段】くさび緊結式足場における緊結装置は、支柱に固着せられた受け金具と、腕木材の端部に設けられた係止金具とよりなる。受け金具は、平面からみてコ形である。係止金具は、上縁がほぼ水平の上端部を有する後ろ向きに反った縦長板状のくさびと、垂直壁に後方突出状周縁が設けられその後ろ上部が腕木材の下部を除く外周に固着せられ、その下方に受け金具に引っ掛けられる下向き段部が形成せられ、これより下部分が受け金具貫通部となされ、その中程後端に横桟が渡し止められ、後方突出状周縁の上端から腕木材の前部上端にかけてあけられた長孔と腕木材の前部下端に形成せられた切り欠きを通し、上端部を上方に残してくさびが嵌めいれられるとともにその下端部が後方突出状周縁の下端の後面に接し得るようになされたくさび案内部材とよりなる。【選択図】 図３
