BINDING DEVICE IN WEDGE BINDING TYPE SCAFFOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding device in a wedge binding type scaffold, easy in manufacture, and capable of surely locking a binding state of an insertion metal fitting to a socket metal fitting of a column.SOLUTION: A binding device 1 in a wedge binding type scaffold comprises a socket metal fitting 7 fixed to a side part outer surface 3a of a column 3, an insertion metal fitting 9 fixed to an end part of a pipe member 5 and inserted into a through-space S of the socket metal fitting 7 and a wedge 11 held by the insertion metal fitting 9 so as to prevent slipping-out, pressed in between the side part outer surface 3a and the insertion metal fitting 9 of the column 3 in response to downward driving-in and binding the insertion metal fitting 9 on an inner surface of the socket metal fitting 7. The socket metal fitting has a hole 15, and the insertion metal fitting 9 has a through-hole 13 coinciding with the hole 15 of the socket metal fitting 7 when binding. The binding device 1 has a ball 17 fitted in the through-hole 13 and the hole 15 by being pushed out of a recessed place 33 in response to driving-in of the wedge 11, in the recessed place 33 formed in a wall part 21b on the side opposed to the through-hole 13 of the wedge 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製造が容易でかつ支柱のソケット金具に対する差込金具の緊結状態を確実にロックすることができるくさび緊結式足場における緊結装置を提供する。【解決手段】くさび緊結式足場における緊結装置１は、支柱３の側部外面３ａに固定されたソケット金具７と、パイプ部材５の端部に固定され、ソケット金具７の貫通空間Ｓに差し込まれる差込金具９と、差込金具９に抜け止め保持され、下方への叩き込みに伴い支柱３の側部外面３ａと差込金具９との間に圧入されて該差込金具９をソケット金具７の内面に緊結させるくさび１１と、を備える。ソケット金具は穴１５を、差込金具９は緊結時にソケット金具７の穴１５に一致する貫通穴１３を有する。緊結装置１は、くさび１１の、貫通穴１３に対向する側の壁部２１ｂに形成された凹所３３内に、くさび１１の叩き込みに伴って凹所３３から押し出されて貫通穴１３および穴１５に嵌まり込む球１７を備える。【選択図】図１
