BINDING DEVICE FOR WEDGE BINDING-TYPE SCAFFOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding device for a wedge binding-type scaffold of a simple structure.SOLUTION: A binding device for a wedge binding-type scaffold comprises a bracket fixed on a column and formed into a U shape when seen in a planar direction, and an engaging metal fitting installed at an edge part of a wooden arm member. The engaging metal fitting comprises a wedge guiding member and a wedge. The wedge guiding member includes: a perpendicular part fixed at a notched edge at front ends on right and left sides of a recessed part of the U-shaped tubular wooden arm member, at a mid-point of the length; an inclined lower edge part; a pointed tool insertion hole opened at a top edge of the perpendicular part; a rearward protrusion formed below the insertion hole; and a flat spring curved rearward fitted on the rear protrusion at a central hole, with a top edge and a bottom edge of the flat spring coming in contact with the perpendicular part. The wedge includes: a bent part at a top end being bent horizontally rearward; a perpendicular part and an inclined lower edge part similar to the perpendicular part and the inclined lower edge part of the wedge guiding member; a pointed tool insertion hole opened at a top edge of the perpendicular part; and a long guide hole formed below the insertion hole, for inserting the rearward protrusion that penetrates through the curved flat spring of the wedge guiding member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】構造が簡単なくさび緊結式足場における緊結装置を提供する。【解決手段】くさび緊結式足場における緊結装置は、支柱に固着せられた平面からみてコ形の受け金具と、腕木材の端部に設けられた係止金具とよりなる。係止金具は、管状腕木材端部のコ形凹部の前端左右両側の切り欠き縁に長さの中程が固着せられた垂直部と傾斜下端部を有し、垂直部の上端にしの挿入孔があけられるとともに、その下方に後方突出部が設けられ、この後方突出部に後ろ向きに湾曲した板ばねが中央孔により嵌め込まれてその上下端が垂直部に当てられたくさび案内部材と、上端に後方水平屈曲部が設けられかつくさび案内部材の垂直部および傾斜下端部と同様の垂直部および傾斜下端部を有し、垂直部の上端部にしの挿入孔があけられ、その下方にくさび案内部材の湾曲状板ばねを貫通した後方突出部が入れられた縦長ガイド孔が形成せられているくさびとよりなる。【選択図】 図４
