SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR BUILDING BUILD-IN MEMBER JUST BELOW UNDERGROUND OBSTACLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for building a build-in member such as a reinforced cage just below an underground obstacle, which is capable of releasing the catching of the build-in member during feeding, and building the build-in member at a desired position in the case of feeding and building the build-in member just below the underground obstacle.SOLUTION: A system 100 for building a build-in member just below an underground obstacle includes: an open-cut part GH established on the side of an underground obstacle GS; a guide groove SH extended to right under the underground obstacle GS; a build-in groove CH established below the guide groove SH; a lateral direction guide member 10 having pulleys 41 and 42 formed from the open-cut part GH to the guide groove SH; a winch 20 for feeding and a winch 30 for returning on the ground; a truck 50 mounted above a build-in member R; and a wire 21 for feeding and a wire 31 for returning mounted on the truck 50 so as to be communicated via the pulleys 41 and 42 to each winch 20 and 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】地中障害物の直下に鉄筋籠等の建て込み部材を送り込んで建て込むに当たり、建て込み部材が送り途中で引っ掛かる等した場合でも引っ掛かりを解除し、所望位置に建て込み部材を建て込むことができる、地中障害物直下に建て込み部材を建て込むシステムと方法を提供すること。【解決手段】地中障害物直下に建て込み部材を建て込むシステム１００は、地中障害物ＧＳの側方に造成された開削部ＧＨと、地中障害物ＧＳの直下まで延びる案内溝ＳＨと、案内溝ＳＨの下方に造成された建て込み溝ＣＨと、開削部ＧＨから案内溝ＳＨに亘って形成されている滑車４１，４２を備えた横方向ガイド部材１０と、地上にある送り込み用ウィンチ２０、戻し用ウィンチ３０と、建て込み部材Ｒの上方に装着された台車５０と、台車５０に装着されて滑車４１，４２を介して各ウィンチ２０，３０に通じている送り込み用ワイヤ２１、戻し用ワイヤ３１と、から構成されている。【選択図】図９
