PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively determine whether the building should be repaired and continuously used or whether the building should be reconstructed regarding the building to be a determination object.SOLUTION: A building reconstruction determination method of the present invention is a building reconstruction determination method in a building reconstruction determination system for determining whether the existing building should be repaired and continuously used or whether the building should be reconstructed, and includes: a life cycle cost calculation step of calculating a life cycle cost of the building by a building reconstruction determination part regarding respective cases between a case where the building is repaired and a case where the building is reconstructed; a facility performance calculation step of calculating a score of the facility performance of the building by the building reconstruction determination part on the basis of a predetermined scoring reference regarding respective cases between a case where the building is repaired and a case where the building is reconstructed; and a building reconstruction determination step of determining whether the building should be repaired and continuously used or the building should be reconstructed on the basis of the calculation result of the life cycle cost and the calculation result of the score of the facility performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
