BUILDING RECONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a building reconstruction method capable of reconstructing a building within a short construction period.SOLUTION: This building reconstruction method overhauls an existing underground skeleton 10 to construct a new building 3. The building reconstruction method comprises: a step S2 of constructing a permanent structural column foundation 51 for supporting a permanent structural column 50 on an existing pressure board 21 of the existing underground skeleton; a step S3 of building the permanent structural column 50 on the permanent structural column foundation 51; a step S4 of constructing a first floor skeleton 34A through support by the permanent structural column 50; and steps S5A and S5B of constructing a ground skeleton 4 of the new building on the upper side of the first floor skeleton 34A and removing the existing underground skeleton 10 on the lower side of the first floor skeleton 34A to construct an underground skeleton 30 of the new building 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
