To provide a building reconstruction method capable of reconstructing a building within a short construction period.SOLUTION: This building reconstruction method overhauls an existing underground skeleton 10 to construct a new building 3. The building reconstruction method comprises: a step S2 of constructing a permanent structural column foundation 51 for supporting a permanent structural column 50 on an existing pressure board 21 of the existing underground skeleton; a step S3 of building the permanent structural column 50 on the permanent structural column foundation 51; a step S4 of constructing a first floor skeleton 34A through support by the permanent structural column 50; and steps S5A and S5B of constructing a ground skeleton 4 of the new building on the upper side of the first floor skeleton 34A and removing the existing underground skeleton 10 on the lower side of the first floor skeleton 34A to construct an underground skeleton 30 of the new building 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】短工期で建物を建て替えることができる建物の建て替え方法を提供すること。【解決手段】建物の建て替え方法は、既存地下躯体１０を解体して新築建物３に建て替える。この建物の建て替え方法は、既存地下躯体の既存の耐圧盤２１上に構真柱５０を支持するための構真柱基礎５１を構築するステップＳ２と、構真柱基礎５１上に構真柱５０を建て込むステップＳ３と、構真柱５０で支持して１階床躯体３４Ａを構築するステップＳ４と、１階床躯体３４Ａの上側では、新築建物の地上躯体４を構築しつつ、１階床躯体３４Ａの下側では、既存地下躯体１０を撤去して新築建物３の地下躯体３０を構築するステップＳ５Ａ、Ｓ５Ｂと、を備える。【選択図】図５
