RECONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reconstruction method of an existing underground skeleton that prevents prolonging of a construction period and can prevent to an extent possible a new underground skeleton from being smaller than the existing skeleton in a plan view.SOLUTION: A reconstruction method of an existing building is a method for dismantling and reconstructing an existing building 1. The reconstruction method of an existing building includes steps S1, S2 for dismantling the existing building 1 to a bottom edge part, while keeping an existing underground exterior wall 15 and a part of columns 12, 12a and beams 13, 13a connected to the existing underground exterior wall 15 of the existing building 1 remaining, and a step S3 for back-filling inside the existing underground exterior wall 15 upward from a bottom edge part of an existing underground skeleton 2, while dismantling a portion inside the existing underground exterior wall 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】工期が長期化するのを防ぐとともに、平面視で新設地下躯体が既存躯体よりも小さくなるのを極力防止できる、既存地下躯体の建替え方法を提供すること。【解決手段】既存建物の建替え方法は、既存建物1を解体して建て替える方法である。既存建物の建替え方法は、既存建物1の既存地下外壁15ならびに既存地下外壁15に接合された一部の柱12、12aおよび梁13、13aを残して、既存建物1を下端部まで解体するステップS1、S2と、既存地下躯体2の下端部から上方に向かって、既存地下外壁15よりも内側の部分を解体しながら、既存地下外壁15の内側に埋戻しを行うステップS3と、を備える。【選択図】図3
