BUILDING RECONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building reconstruction method that can reconstruct buildings in a short construction period while reducing construction costs.SOLUTION: The building reconstruction method is a method of constructing a new underground skeleton after demolishing an existing underground skeleton 2. The building reconstruction method includes the steps of demolishing the existing underground skeleton 2 to form an underground space 21 (S2), disposing an excavator 22 on the bottom surface of the underground space 21 and driving a new pile 24 on the foundation below the underground space 21 using the excavator 22 (S3 and S4), and constructing a new underground skeleton on the new pile 24 (S5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】工事費を低減しつつ、短工期で建物を建て替えできる建物建替え方法を提供すること。【解決手段】建物建替え方法は、既存地下躯体２を解体した後に、新設地下躯体を構築する方法である。建物建替え方法は、既存地下躯体２を解体して地下空間２１を形成するステップＳ２と、地下空間２１の底面上に掘削機２２を配置して、掘削機２２を用いて地下空間２１の下の地盤に新設の杭２４を打設するステップＳ３、Ｓ４と、新設の杭２４の上に新設地下躯体を構築するステップＳ５と、を備える。【選択図】図２
