RECONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BUILDING
To provide the reconstruction method of a building allowing reconstruction of the building, while using a part of an existing building.SOLUTION: The reconstruction method of a building includes steps of: S1 of constructing a reinforcement floor 32 on the first floor of an existing building 1, constructing a reinforced concrete wall surrounding a position for newly constructing piles 4 of a new construction building out of a basement first floor 30, as wall supports 33, and constructing steel wall supports 34 on a lower floor of the basement first floor; S2 of dismantling an existing ground skeleton 2 of the existing building 1 and dismantling existing columns 31, remaining the wall supports 33 on the basement first floor 30; S3 of newly constructing piles 4 of a new building 3 inside a part surrounded by the wall supports 33, 34 from upper part of the reinforcement floor 32; and S4 of sequentially dismantling the existing building 1 downward from the basement first floor 30 of the existing building 1, and constructing the new building 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】既存建物の一部を利用しながら建物の建て替え工事を行うことができる、建物の建て替え方法を提供すること。【解決手段】建物の建て替え方法は、既存建物1の1階に補強床32を構築するとともに、地下1階30のうち新築建物の杭4を新設する位置を囲んで鉄筋コンクリート造の壁を壁支保工33として構築し、地下1階の下階に鋼製の壁支保工34を構築するステップS1と、既存建物1の既存地上躯体2を解体するとともに、地下1階30において壁支保工33を残して既存柱31を解体するステップS2と、補強床32の上から壁支保工33、34に囲まれた内側に新築建物3の杭4を新設するステップS3と、既存建物1の地下1階30から下方に向かって、順次、既存建物1を解体して新築建物3を構築するステップS4と、を含む。【選択図】図6
