PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gap holding member for glass pane capable of suppressing volume of flowing heat between a plate glass while stably holding the gap of vacuum multi-layered glass pane.SOLUTION: There is provided a gap holding member 3 arranged on each of support points designed on opposing surfaces of a pair of plate glasses with a predetermined interval when gap space between the pair of plate glasses is maintained in a decompressed condition. The gap holding member 3 comprises at least one of contacting member 7 comprising a first plane part 7A and a second plane part respectively contacting to opposing surfaces of the pair of plate glasses. A projection piece 8 determining establishment posture when the contacting member 7 is placed between the pair of glasses is arranged in an extending state from the contacting member 7. When a virtual cylinder P whose height direction is vertical to first plane part 7A is designed in a circumscribed manner to the gap holding member 3, total area S1 of the first plane part 7A and total area of the second plane part are designed at half or less of circular sectional area S of the cylinder P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】真空複層ガラスパネルの間隔を安定的に保持しつつ、板ガラスとの間の熱流量を抑制できるガラスパネル用の間隔保持部材を提供する。【解決手段】一対の板ガラス間の空隙部を減圧状態に保持する際に、一対の板ガラスの対向面に所定の間隔で設定された支持点の各々に設置される間隔保持部材3であって、一対の板ガラスの対向面に各別に当接する第1平面部7Aおよび第2平面部を有する当接部材7を少なくとも一つ備えるとともに、当該当接部材7を一対のガラス間に設置する際に当接部材7の設置姿勢を決定する突出片8を当接部材7から一体に延出した状態に備え、間隔保持部材3に外接して高さ方向が第1平面部7Aに垂直な仮想の円柱Pを設定したとき、第1平面部7Aの総面積S1および第2平面部の総面積が、円柱Pの円形断面積Sの半分以下に設定してある。【選択図】図4
