PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house unit that makes it possible to effectively use a habitable room's space.SOLUTION: A first dwelling unit 10 comprises: a first habitable room block 12 having a single layer structure; and a first core block 11 having a double layer structure. A second dwelling unit 20 comprises: a second habitable room block 22 having a single layer structure; and a second core block 21 having a double layer structure. The first core block 11 and the second core block 21 are arranged side by side along a direction of a frontage. The first habitable room block 12 is arranged in a first layer; the second habitable room block 22 is arranged in a second layer above the first habitable room block 12. The first habitable room block 12 and the second habitable room block 22 are made to abut on end faces of the first core block 11 and the second core block 21 on one side in a depth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
