To provide a unit type multiple dwelling house which can suppress narrowing of a space in a dwelling unit by a separation wall.SOLUTION: A unit type multiple dwelling house 10 is constructed by assembling a plurality of building units 20 having columns and beams with each other. The unit type multiple dwelling house 10 includes building units 20A having a dimension in a girder direction more than twice as large as a dimension in a gable direction, as the building units 20, and a building unit group 30A is formed by arranging the plurality of building units 20A in the gable direction. The building unit group 30A includes a separation wall 16B extending over an intermediate part in the girder direction of the respective building units 20A constituting the building unit group 30A, and two dwelling units 11A and 11B partitioned by the separation wall 16B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】界壁により住戸内のスペースが狭くなるのを抑制することができるユニット式集合住宅を提供する。【解決手段】ユニット式集合住宅１０は、柱及び梁を有する複数の建物ユニット２０が互いに組み合わされることで構築されている。建物ユニット２０として、桁方向の寸法が妻方向の寸法の２倍以上とされた建物ユニット２０Ａを備えるとともに、その建物ユニット２０Ａが妻方向に複数並べて配置されることで建物ユニット群３０Ａが形成されている。建物ユニット群３０Ａには、建物ユニット群３０Ａを構成する各建物ユニット２０Ａの桁方向の中間部に跨がって延びる界壁１６Ｂと、界壁１６Ｂにより仕切られた２つの住戸１１Ａ，１１Ｂとが設けられている。【選択図】図２
