PC GROUT FILLING STATE MONITORING METHOD AND PC GROUT CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC grout construction management method capable of realizing reliable grout filling by accurately obtaining a state of filling PC grout into a sheath pipe.SOLUTION: A PC grout construction management method comprises: a sensor installation process to install a plurality of AE sensors on a surface of concrete along a longitudinal direction of a sheath pipe arranged inside a PC structure; a recording process to set sampling frequency of signals from the AE sensors and to record waveforms of the signals as a certain number of pieces of amplitude value data through signal waveform A/D conversion; and a determination process to determine on the basis of AE signals obtained from a measurement object by separating surrounding noise from the recorded data. Thus, the PC grout construction management method can realize reliable grout filling by accurately obtaining a state of filling PC grout into a sheath pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】PCグラウトのシース管内へのグラウト状況を的確に把握して、確実なグラウト充填を実現することのできるPCグラウトの施工管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】PC構造物中に配置されたシース管の長手方向に沿ってコンクリート表面にAEセンサーを複数配置するセンサー設置工程と、前記AEセンサーからの信号のサンプリング周波数を設定し、信号波形A/D変換することにより波形をある個数の振幅値のデータとして記録する記録工程と、前記記録データの中から周囲のノイズと計測対象物から得られたAE信号を分離し判断する判断工程とを備えたので、シース管内へのグラウト状況を的確に把握して、確実なグラウト充填を実現することができる。【選択図】図1
