METHOD FOR FILLING GROUT MATERIAL
To provide means capable of delivering grout material enough to fill in a construction section even in a construction condition that a distance from a filling plant to a filling section of the grout material is long.SOLUTION: A method 10 for filling grout material in a construction section is to fill grout material changed in quality to plastic grout material by integrally mixing liquid A and liquid B, wherein the liquid A as suspension including cure developing material and the liquid B including plasticizer are pumped and delivered for a long distance using a first pump 22 and a second pump 24 respectively. A passage of the liquid A and a passage of the liquid B are branched to the same branch number to each other and passages of the grout material are arranged as a plurality of parallel passages by integrating branched passages of the liquid A and branched passages of the liquid B. Auxiliary pumps 19 different from the first pump 22 and the second pump 24 are arranged in the branched passages of the liquid A and the branched passages of the liquid B respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】注入プラントからグラウト材の注入箇所までの距離が長い施工条件においても、施工箇所に十分な量のグラウト材を送出できる手段を提供する。【解決手段】硬化発現材を含む懸濁液としてのA液を第1のポンプ22を用いて、可塑剤を含むB液を第2のポンプ24を用いて各々長距離圧送し、各ポンプにより圧送された前記A液及び前記B液を合流混合させることで可塑状に変質したグラウト材を施工箇所に注入するグラウト材の注入方法10であって、前記A液の流路及び前記B液の流路は、分岐数が同一数となるように各々分岐され、前記グラウト材の流路は、分岐した前記A液の流路と分岐した前記B液の流路とを合流させることで複数並列した流路として設置され、分岐した前記A液の流路と分岐した前記B液の流路とに、前記第1のポンプ22及び前記第2のポンプ24とは異なる補助ポンプ19を設置したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
