WEED-PROOFING AND WATER-PROOFING REINFORCEMENT METHOD USING WATER-BASED PAINT FOR PAVED ROAD AND PAVED SURFACE OF ROAD BRIDGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weed-proofing and water-proofing reinforcement method using water-based paint for a paved road and a paved surface of a road bridge preventing deterioration of a paved surface at a road edge part, inflow of water into the pavement, and weed growth near a wheel guard or a curbstone, by a simple method especially using an aqueous coating material.SOLUTION: A weed-proofing and water-proofing reinforcement method using an aqueous coating material for a paved road and a paved surface of a road bridge includes: a first step in which a leveling agent is applied on a surface of a paved road or a paved surface of a road bridge having an arch-shaped transverse cross-section; and a second step in which a top coating material containing water-based paint is applied on the surface leveled by applying the leveling agent. The leveling agent applied in the first step is applied after forming a standing part on a vertical surface of a wheel guard or a curbstone, at an edge surface by the wheel guard or the curbstone. Furthermore, the top coating agent is applied to a portion higher above the standing part applied with the leveling agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡便な工法によって特に水性コーティング塗料を用いても道路端部の舗装表面の劣化や舗装内部への水の流入を防ぎ、地覆或いは縁石近傍での雑草育成を防止する水性塗料を用いた舗装道路や道路橋の舗装面の防草防水補強方法を実現する。【解決手段】水性塗料を用いた舗装道路や道路橋の舗装面の防草防水補強方法として、横断勾配を有する舗装道路や道路橋の舗装面の表面にレベリング剤を塗布加工する第一の工程と、該レベリング剤の塗布によりレベリングされた表面にさらに水性塗料を用いたトップコート剤を塗布する第二の工程とを経て処理が行われ、該第一の工程に於いて塗布されるレベリング剤を、地覆又は縁石との端面に於いて地覆又は縁石の垂直面に立ち上がり部を設けて塗布し、さらに該レベリング剤の立ち上がり部よりも上部までトップコート剤を塗布するようにした。【選択図】図１
