EXISTING PILE REMOVAL METHOD AND PILE CUTTING DEVICE USED FOR EXECUTING ITS METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a large-sized pile of a long dimension, without using a large-sized crane.SOLUTION: An existing pile P is removed by repeatedly executing a process of pulling up by a whole peripheral rotary machine 2 until an upper end part projects above the whole peripheral rotary machine 2 on an existing pile P after cutting and a process of cutting and removing a part projected from the whole peripheral rotary machine 2, after successively executing a process of installing the whole peripheral rotary machine 2 capable of penetrating into the ground of a casing 1 and pulling up from underground on the ground G above the existing pile P, a process of dividing the ground of the existing pile periphery from its peripheral ground by penetrating the casing 1 into the periphery of the existing pile P by the whole peripheral rotary machine 2, a process of pulling up the existing pile P by the whole peripheral rotary machine 2 until the upper end part of the existing pile P projects above the whole peripheral rotary machine 2 by gripping the upper end part of the existing pile P by a gripping device 7 and a process of cutting and removing the part projected from the whole peripheral rotary machine 2 in a state of gripping the upper end part of the existing pile P by the gripping device 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-2
【課題】大型のクレーンを用いることなく、寸法の長い大型の杭を撤去する。【解決手段】既設杭Ｐの上方の地盤Ｇ上にケーシング１の地中への貫入並びに地中からの引上げが可能な全周回転機２を設置する工程と、全周回転機２によりケーシング１を既設杭Ｐの周囲に貫入して既設杭周辺の地盤をその周囲の地盤から分断する工程と、既設杭Ｐの上端部を掴み装置７により掴んで既設杭Ｐの上端部が全周回転機２の上方へ突出するまで既設杭Ｐを全周回転機２により引き上げる工程と、掴み装置７により既設杭Ｐの上端部を掴んだ状態で全周回転機２より突出した部分を切断して除去する工程とを順次した後、切断後の既設杭Ｐについて上端部が全周回転機２の上方へ突出するまで全周回転機２により引き上げる工程と全周回転機２より突出した部分を切断して除去する工程とを繰り返し実行することにより既設杭Ｐを撤去する。【選択図】図１−２
