PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimmer with which it is possible to improve workability during installation or maintenance, and yet possible to stably move a movable plate that constitutes a dimming plate in the direction of a face area, and a tabular building material provided with the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a dimmer 20 in which it is possible to move some of two dimming plates 35, 40 disposed in the thickness direction overlapping with each other, one as a fixed plate 35 and the other as a movable plate 40, in the direction of a face area and thereby adjust transmitted light, wherein one side 40a of the movable plate and supports 27, 27 disposed facing the one side are connected, and the movable plate is made movable in the direction of a face area by a plurality of link arms 28, 28 that are displaced in parallel to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】設置やメンテナンスの際の作業性の向上が可能でありながらも、調光板を構成する可動板を面域方向に安定的に移動させ得る調光装置及びこれを備えた板状建材を提供する。【解決手段】厚さ方向に重なり合うように配された二枚の調光板３５，４０のうちの一方の固定板３５に対して他方の可動板４０を面域方向に移動させることで透過光の調整が可能とされた調光装置２０であって、前記可動板の一辺部４０ａとこの一辺部に対向して配される支持部２７，２７とを連結し、かつ互いに平行状に変位する複数本のリンクアーム２８，２８によって前記可動板が面域方向に移動自在とされている。【選択図】図１
