PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a situation in which a room is contaminated due to dew condensation water.SOLUTION: A base material 50 for fitting is mounted on a width face 10Ba of a frame material 10B disposed at a marginal part of a rectangular face bar 1C, and is interposed between the frame material 10B and a lower cover 40 provided on the indoor side thereof. The base material 50 for fitting comprises: a base body 51 that is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the frame material 10B to be mounted and has a length exceeding an indoor-side opening dimension W of a frame body 1A comprising the frame material 10B; and a series of heat insulation seal materials 52 that are attached on an entire length along the longitudinal direction of a part opposed to the width face 10Ba of the frame material 10B on the base body 51 and has water cut-off performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
