METHOD FOR PRODUCING CERAMIC-BASED COMPOSITE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ceramic-based composite material capable of controlling a porosity.SOLUTION: The method for producing a ceramic-based composite material comprises: a step of preparing a slurry including a first ceramic or a ceramic raw material powder containing a raw material of the first ceramic and a powder for the production of pores; a step of preparing an aggregate of ceramic fibers containing a second ceramic or a raw material of the second ceramic; a step of adding the slurry to the aggregate; a step of drying the slurry added to the aggregate to form an intermediate constituted by the dried slurry around the aggregate; and a heating step of heating the aggregate and the intermediate to form a matrix containing the first ceramic around the aggregate of fibers containing the second ceramic, and in the heating step, the powder for the production of pores disappears and pores corresponding to the powder for the production of pores are formed in the matrix.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】気孔率を制御可能なセラミックス基複合材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セラミックス基複合材の製造方法は、第１セラミックス又は第１セラミックの原材料を含有するセラミックス原材料粉末、及び、気孔生成用粉末を含むスラリを用意する工程と、第２セラミックス又は第２セラミックスの原材料を含有するセラミックス繊維の集合体を用意する工程と、集合体にスラリを付与する工程と、集合体に付与したスラリを乾燥させ、集合体の周りに、乾燥したスラリによって構成される中間体を形成する工程と、集合体及び中間体を加熱し、第２セラミックスを含有する繊維の集合体の周りに、第１セラミックスを含有するマトリックスを形成する加熱工程と、を備え、加熱工程において、気孔生成用粉末が消失し、マトリックス中に気孔生成用粉末に対応する気孔が形成される。【選択図】 図１
