PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine controller capable of appropriately maintaining an angle of a bucket during excavation work straddling an inflection point without explicit operation by a driver.SOLUTION: A work machine controller includes: a bucket posture identification part; a construction surface identification part; and a bucket control unit. The bucket posture identification part identifies the angle of a bucket in a global coordinate system. The construction surface identification part identifies the angle of a construction surface in the global coordinate system, which represents a shape of a target as an excavation object by the work machine. The bucket control unit controls the bucket so that a difference between the angle of the bucket and the angle of the construction surface is a constant angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
