FIREPROOF COVERING STRUCTURE FOR CHANNEL STEEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fireproof performance, in a structure in which a channel steel is covered with fireproof sheets, as well as avoiding damages by making the bends of the fireproof sheet gentle at open ends of the channel steel.SOLUTION: In a structure in which a channel steel 3 constituting a steel frame such as a ceiling beam or a floor beam of a building is covered with a fireproof sheet 5, a backing member 13 projecting outward from an open end of the channel steel 3 is provided in the open end so that the fireproof sheet 5 covers the channel steel 3 to the backing member 13 which projects outward from the open end. In addition, an overlap portion 5a of the fireproof sheet 5 is positioned on the upper surface side of the channel steel 3. Further, a reinforcing glass fiber tape 15 is thermocompression-bonded along the top of a fireproof sheet overlap margin portion 5a. Further, the backing member 13 is formed of a steel plate having a U-shaped cross section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】溝形鋼を耐火シートで被覆する構造において、溝形鋼の開放端部での耐火シートの曲げを緩やかにして損傷をなくすとともに、耐火性能を向上する。【解決手段】建物の天井梁や床梁等の鉄骨を構成する溝形鋼3を耐火シート5で被覆する構造であって、溝形鋼3の開放端内に、当該開放端より外側に突出する裏当て部材13が設けられており、溝形鋼3に対し耐火シート5が開放端から外側に突出する裏当て部材13にまで被覆されている。そして、耐火シート5の重ね代部分5aは、溝形鋼3の上面側に位置している。さらに、耐火シート重ね代部分5aの上に沿って、補強用のガラス繊維テープ15が熱圧着されている。また、裏当て部材13は、断面コ字状の鋼板で形成されている。【選択図】図2
