DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DISPOSAL OF SLIME IN CAST-IN-PLACE PILE CONSTRUCTION
To provide a device and a method for disposal of slime in cast-in-place pile construction that can easily perform a changeover motion between suction and injection of muddy water for slime removal by interlocking the changeover motion with delivery and winding operation of an underwater sand pump, without the need for special operation.SOLUTION: In a device for disposal of slime in cast-in-place pile construction, an underwater sand pump 100 is equipped with a branch sludge pipe 50 branched from a sludge pumping pipe 40 for pumping sludge up on the ground, a jet pipe 55 connected to the tip of the branch sludge pipe 50, and an on-off valve 77 of the branch sludge pipe 50. In the device, by opening the on-off valve 77, muddy water sucked in the sludge pumping pipe 40 can be jetted into an underground hole from the jet pipe 55 through the branch sludge pipe 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スライム除去のための泥水の吸引と噴射の切換動作を水中サンドポンプの繰り出し・巻き取り操作に連動させることにより、特別の操作を必要とすることなく、容易に行うことができる場所打ち杭工法におけるスライム処理装置及びその方法を提供する。【解決手段】水中サンドポンプ100に、泥水を地上に揚泥するための揚泥管40から分岐させた分泥管50と、分泥管50の先端に連結した噴射管55と、分泥管50の開閉バルブ77を装備し、開閉バルブ77を開くことによって、揚泥管40に吸引した泥水を分泥管50を介して噴射管55から地中孔内に噴射可能とした場所打ち杭工法におけるスライム処理装置である。【選択図】図1
