DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DISPOSAL OF SLIME IN CAST-IN-PLACE PILE CONSTRUCTION
To make it possible to suck muddy water in an area with a small amount of a solid matter such as sand gravel and to jet muddy water into an underground hole.SOLUTION: In a device for disposal of slime in cast-in-place pile construction, an underwater sand pump 100 is equipped with a suction pipe 150 for sludge pumping that supplies muddy water for a sludge pumping pipe 40 for pumping sludge up on the ground, a suction pipe 160 for injection that supplies muddy water for a mud supply pipe 50 for jetting sludge into an underground hole, a jet pipe 55 connected to the tip of the mud supply pipe 50, and an on-off valve 77 of the mud supply pipe 50. In the device, the suction pipe 150 for sludge pumping is installed below the underwater sand pump 100 and the suction pipe 160 for injection is installed at a certain distance apart from the suction pipe 150 for sludge pumping in the vertical direction, and by opening the on-off valve 77 muddy water sucked from the suction pipe 160 for injection can be jetted into an underground hole from the jet pipe 55 through the mud supply pipe 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
