VERTICALLY LAYING ROOF STRUCTURE AND VERTICALLY LAYING MATERIAL
To provide a vertically laying roof structure and vertically laying material capable of suppressing staying of rain water at an overlapping part where vertically laying material on an eaves side and vertically laying material on a ridge side overlapped with each other.SOLUTION: A vertically laying roof structure of the present invention is the vertically laying roof structure configured by arranging a first vertically laying roof material 2a and a second vertically laying roof material 2b adjacent to each other in a lateral direction. The first vertically laying roof material 2a is provided with a vertically laying material 3a on an eaves side and a vertically laying material 3b on a ridge side connected therewith through overlapping. The vertically laying material 3a on the eaves side and the vertically laying material 3b on the ridge side comprise a flat surface 32 extending in an eaves ridge direction and a pair of erected parts 33 erected from both lateral ends of the flat surface 32. On an overlapped section with the vertically laying material 3b, the vertically laying material 3a has a water passage 81 formed by cutting out part of the erected part 33 at a side of the second vertically laying roof material 2b of the pair of the erected parts 33 to drain water flowing from the flat surface 32. The second vertically laying roof material 2b has a drain gutter 83 configured to allow rain water received through the water passage 81 to drain toward an eaves side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】軒側縦葺材と棟側縦葺材との重なり部分において、雨水が滞留するのを抑制できる縦葺屋根構造及び縦葺材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の縦葺屋根構造は、第１の縦葺屋根材２ａと第２の縦葺屋根材２ｂとが横方向に隣り合って配置された縦葺屋根構造である。第１の縦葺屋根材２ａは、軒側縦葺材３ａと、これに重なるように接続される棟側縦葺材３ｂとを備える。軒側縦葺材３ａ及び棟側縦葺材３ｂは、軒棟方向に延びた平面部３２と、平面部３２の横方向の両端部から立ち上げられた一対の立上部３３とを有する。軒側縦葺材３ａは、棟側縦葺材３ｂと重なる部分において、一対の立上部３３のうちの第２の縦葺屋根材２ｂ側の立上部３３の一部が切欠されて平面部３２から流れる雨水を流通させる通水部８１を有する。第２の縦葺屋根材２ｂは、通水部８１を流通した雨水を受けて、軒側に向かって排水可能に構成された排水樋８３を有する。【選択図】図６
