To provide a roof joint cover device capable of absorbing shaking movement due to an earthquake without damaging a joint cover and a skeleton even in a place where a distance to an obstacle such as a wall surface cannot be sufficiently secured.SOLUTION: A roof joint cover device 1 is composed of: a central joint cover 5; a drainage covers 6 provided in one framework 3 and the other framework 4, respectively; a pair of left and right intermediate joint covers 7; joint cover support means 8; and waterproof means provided in the central joint cover and the intermediate joint cover. The intermediate joint cover is provided on the central joint cover in a step-shaped or step-like manner. The joint cover support means is composed of: a link member 14 having a plurality of pivot parts 13 having one end attached to one skeleton and the other end attached to the other skeleton; receiving members 15 provided at the pivot parts of the link member; and a support member 16 supported by the plurality of receiving members, and having the vicinity of the upper end part supporting the central joint cover or the intermediate joint cover.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
