To provide a vehicle controlling device, a vehicle controlling method, and a program for controlling a vehicle with which user's burden at a time of alighting from a vehicle can be reduced.SOLUTION: A vehicle controlling device 10 includes: a boarding user quantity detection unit 12 which detects a boarding user quantity which is the number of users who have boarded a vehicle 1 and stores it in a storage unit 80; an alighting user quantity detection unit 13 which detects an alighting user quantity which is the number of users who have alighted from the vehicle 1, after the boarding user quantity is detected by the boarding user quantity detection unit 12; and a powered door controlling unit 20 which closes at least one powered door which has been used by the users at the time of alighting from the vehicle when the boarding user quantity stored in the storage unit 80 is equal to the alighting user quantity detected by the alighting user quantity detection unit 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
