JOINT MEMBER FOR PRECAST CONCRETE WALL BURIED PIPE AND USING METHOD THEREOF, JOINT STRUCTURE PRECAST CONCRETE WALL BURIED PIPE AND PRECAST CONCRETE WALL INSTALLATION METHOD
To provide a joint member for a precast concrete wall buried pipe which makes it possible to easily connect the buried pipes using a core even if adjacent precast concrete walls are connected by dropping.SOLUTION: A core 6 connecting connection opening ends 12, 22' for buried pipes 4, 4' of first and second precast concrete walls 2, 2' is press-fitted into a first buried pipe connecting part 10 into which a compression coil spring 7 is inserted; with a pull-out prevention member 30 engaged with insertion holes 14 and 15 to prevent the core 6 from coming off, a pair of precast concrete walls 2, 2'are lined up by dropping; the pull-out prevention member 30 is pulled out from the insertion holes 14 and 15 by pulling a tension member 31; the core 6 urged by the compression coil spring 7 connects the first connection opening end 12 and the second connection opening end 22; and thereby mortar fills between a joint between the first and second precast concrete walls 2, 2' and the outer peripheral surface of the core 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】隣接するプレキャストコンクリート壁を落とし込みにより接続する場合であっても、中子を使用して容易に埋設管同士を接続できるプレキャストコンクリート壁内埋設管の継手部材を提供する。【解決手段】第1及び第2プレキャストコンクリート壁2,2’の埋設管4,4’の接続用開口端部12,22を接続する中子6を圧縮コイルバネ7が挿入された第1埋設管接続部10に圧入し、抜け防止部材30を差し込み孔14,15に係合させて中子6を抜け止めした状態で、一対のプレキャストコンクリート壁2,2’を落とし込みにより並べ、抜け防止部材30を、引張部材31を引っ張って差し込み孔14,15から抜き出し、圧縮コイルバネ7に付勢された中子6で第1接続用開口端部12と第2接続用開口端部22とを接続し、第1及び第2プレキャストコンクリート壁2,2’間の目地部と中子6の外周面との間にモルタルを充填する。【選択図】図1
