JOINT MEMBER OF PIPE BURIED IN PRECAST CONCRETE WALL AND METHOD OF APPLICATION THEREOF
To provide a joint member of pipes buried in a precast concrete wall which is capable of easily connecting the buried pipes with each other even when a distance between end parts of the pipes buried in a pair of precast concrete walls adjacent to each other is limited.SOLUTION: A joint member 30 of pipes buried in precast concrete walls, the first precast concrete wall 2 in which a first end part 5 of the joint member is buried and the second precast concrete wall 2' in which a second end part 5' of the joint member is buried are prepared, a first precast concrete wall 2 and a second precast concrete wall 2' are lined in a row so that the first end part 5 and the second end part 5' are located in opposite to each other, an inner ring 6 is inserted between the first end part 5 and the second end part 5' in such a state that a compression coil spring 7 is pushed-in and at least both ends are housed in a first enlarged diameter end part 12 and a second enlarged diameter end part 22, and base end parts 11, 21 of first buried pipe connection part 10 and second buried pipe connection part 20 are respectively connected to the first end part 5 and the second end part 5' in such a state as to be pushed-back to the compression coil spring 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】隣接する一対のプレキャストコンクリート壁の埋設管端部間の距離が限られている場合であっても、容易に埋設管同士を接続できるようにする。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリート壁内埋設管の継手部材30と、第1端部5が第1プレキャストコンクリート壁2及び第2端部5’が第2プレキャストコンクリート壁2’とを準備し、第1端部5と第2端部5’とが対向した位置になるように第1プレキャストコンクリート壁2と第2プレキャストコンクリート壁2’とを並べ、中子6を圧縮コイルバネ7を押し込んで第1拡径端部12及び第2拡径端部22に少なくとも両端が収容された状態で、第1端部5及び第2端部5’の間に挿入し、圧縮コイルバネ7に押し戻された状態で、第1埋設管接続部10及び第2埋設管接続部20の基端部11,21を、それぞれ第1端部5及び第2端部5’に接続する。【選択図】図1
