JOINT MEMBER FOR BURIED PIPE IN PRECAST CONCRETE WALL AND USE THEREOF
To easily connect buried pipes to each other even when the distance between buried pipe end parts of a pair of adjacent precast concrete walls is limited.SOLUTION: A joint member 30 of a precast concrete wall buried pipe, a first precast concrete wall 2 in which a first buried pipe 4 is buried, and a second precast concrete wall 2 'in which a second buried pipe 4 ' is buried are prepared; a joint pipe 6 is inserted into a second diameter-enlarged end part 22 so that a compression coil spring 7 is pushed into and accommodated therein, and then secured to prevent it from slipping out; the first precast concrete wall 2 and the second precast concrete wall 2 'are arranged so that a first protruding end part 10 and the second diameter-enlarged end part 22 face each other; the first protruding end part 10 and the second diameter-enlarged end part 22 are connected in a state that the joint pipe 6 secured to prevent it from slipping out is opened and pushed back by the compression coil spring 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】隣接する一対のプレキャストコンクリート壁の埋設管端部間の距離が限られている場合であっても、容易に埋設管同士を接続できるようにする。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリート壁内埋設管の継手部材30と、第1埋設管4が埋設された第1プレキャストコンクリート壁2及び第2埋設管4’が埋設された第2プレキャストコンクリート壁2’を準備し、継手管6を、第2拡径端部22に圧縮コイルバネ7を押し込んで収容するようにして挿入した上で抜け止めし、第1突出端部10と第2拡径端部22とが対向した位置になるように、第1プレキャストコンクリート壁2と第2プレキャストコンクリート壁2’とを並べ、抜け止めしていた継手管6を開放して圧縮コイルバネ7に押し戻された状態で、第1突出端部10及び第2拡径端部22を接続する。【選択図】図1
