【課題】既存の建物を簡素な工程により免震化することができる免震装置の施工方法等を提供する。【解決手段】免震装置の施工方法を、建物の基礎２０の立上り部２１に形成された開口Ｏに滑り支承でありフラットジャッキ１５０を有する免震装置１００を挿入し、免震装置に建物による荷重が載荷された状態で、基礎の開口以外の領域を上下に分割する構成とする。【選択図】図９
